Help Again!
Ok so I posted here a while ago on my old account jazmyn_alex09 . Well I recently just had a baby and my skin has gotten so bad from my hormones being out of whack.

I've always used Garnier's oil-free acne wash but it doesn't seem to be working anymore. Any suggestions on a good daily acne wash that isn't too expensive? I'm on a budget now that baby is here so yeah...

Also I'm looking for a good foundation that is affordable. When I say affordable I mean it will last a good amount of time and save money in the long run (ex. I don't have to go out to the store after a couple of weeks to a month to get more), but also comes in my skin tone. I have an EXTREMELY hard time finding makeup that goes as dark as my skin and to be honest, I'm not even that dark which kind of sucks lol.

Please note that my skin looks worse than this now...it decided to break out horribly right before I went into labor.

Thanks! :)

Oh honey congratulations!

As far as the skin goes - it's normal and you'll balance out in about 6 weeks. However, your skin may be completely different. My sister's skin used to be very dry, and for the past 4 years after the birth of her daughter her skin is oily-sensitive.

All I can suggest is that you let your skin breathe as much as possible for the time being. If you really need coverage, I'd suggest NARS' Oil-Free foundation. NARS has a great range of colors. It will run you $40 but a good drugstore equivalent is Revlon's Colorstay for Oily-Combination skin - they have it for normal skin and for dry-combo skin too. A lot of pharmacies and grocery stores have regular sales on Revlon, too, so be watching the fliers!

Good luck with this! And again, congratulations!

Alright thanks! I was going to try Revlon but I can never find a tone dark enough. Then again every time I look I go to Target or something and hey never have a wide selection of colors.

I think I'll make a trip to Ulta after things settle down with the little one and I feel like wearing makeup again haha!
